Did you know there are bills in the Senate and the House that could protect the DISPLAY OF TEN COMMANDMENTS, WORD `GOD' IN PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, MOTTO `IN GOD WE TRUST', EXPRESSION OF RELIGIOUS FAITH & that these would be excepted from the jurisdiction of Federal courts inferior to the Supreme Court.  That means the senate or congress could declare these out of the jurisdiction of the courts.  As I understand it this is fairly common practice by Congress to keep the courts from ruling on a bill.
